Monthly Pm for Motors, VFDs, Transformer, on Shut down times and do the trouble shouting without fail when Copper Mill is in processing.
  • Experience In Testing Of Various Electrical Equipments Such as Current Transformers, Voltage Transformers, Power Transformers, Circuit Breakers (SF6), Switchgears (GIS), HV,LV Cables, Earthling , Lighting , Etc.
  • Experience In erection of transformers, Generators, Circuit Breakers, Switchgears, Electrical Panels, Etc.
  • A project management professional with expertise in Project Management with special emphasis on planning, execution and Inventory control for spearheading projects with proven ability to swiftly ramp up projects with competent of cross functional skills.
  • Expertise in handling Construction of Solar Power projects including civil and electrical as per industry standards, Sourcing/ Procurement of materials required for Solar Power Projects and Vendor Development, etc. for projects.
  • Adept in managing Erection & Commissioning, Maintenance activities involving resource planning, in- process inspection, team building and co-ordination with internal / external departments.
  • An effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills, sound technical knowledge and strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
  • Excellent people management skills and has the ability to train the internal and external work force technically and ethically to achieve integration and excellence in work process.
  • Managing the functions of troubleshooting and preventive/ breakdown/ shut down maintenance all equipment’s in order to insure compliance to quality standards, and continuous plant operations.
  • Planning, optimizing, monitoring & improving utilization of available resources including man, machine
    & material.
  • Supervising all site activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of installation and erection of electrical equipment and manpower handling.
  • Comply with corporate policies on environmental, health and safety in order to conform to government- mandated policies; maintain accident-free operation and achieve plant safety objectives.
  • Design & Development of Solar PV & Solar Hybrid systems.
  • Understand solar resource data and use it to conduct feasibility study & technology evaluation.
  • Prepare basic engineering details and data sheet based for order received as per proposal
    Commitments and specification.
  • Support initial component selection and procurement.
  • Prepare technical documentation for detailed project report and support peer review before
    submission.
  • Experience in Preparation of DPR & participation in technical meetings.
  • Develop detailed drawings of system components for construction and installation; Complete electrical
    and structural designs for photovoltaic projects.
  • Implementation of Work process plans for various works and inter dept procedures finalization
  • Prepare the risk assessment to ensure the work order
  • Prepare the PPEs as per HSE rule with co0nsern safety officers
  • Identifying scope for planning, implementing & monitoring technological changes to enhance
    productivity and cost saving.
  • Initiate the Material Storage area to maintain the Stocks
  • Provide technical assistance to installers, technicians, or other solar professionals in areas such as solar
    electric systems, solar thermal systems, electrical systems, and mechanical systems.
  • Obtaining quotations from various suppliers, preparing backup chart showing least price (Comparative
    statements), basic price, installation rate and unit rate for each materials listed for PO release.
  • Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial
    reduction in execution cost Expenditures and work within the planned budget.
  • Implementation of Work process plans for various works and inter department procedures finalization
  • Managing team & ensuring availability of recourses ensure economic operation of site.
  • Ensure – Zero breakdown & implemented Root cause analysis method.
  • Implementing HSE & Ensuring safe working environment.
  • Finalizing agreements under Contract management. Generating BOQ’s for the project and ensuring
    smooth operations and monitoring of project.
  • Directing, leading and motivating workforce; imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing
    greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency.
  • Handling the development of key procurement / purchase schedules and ensuring that these schedules
    are aligned with project schedule.
  • Inspection and Maintenance of Transformer, HT Metering, LT panels, HT panels, Solar PCU, Hydro
    pneumatic Pumps
  • Coordination of installation schedules; management of staffing to ensure on time completion.
  • Coordinate with development and engineering to develop preliminary design budget.
  • Prepare bid packages and procure materials and services as needed.
  • Create project budget based upon quotes and bids; track project costs.
  • Serve as point-of-contact for customers/clients during each project.
  • Provide progress reports and other status updates to client and management as required.
